“My fiancee and I scheduled a photo shoot with Jenny for a Friday while we were in town on vacation. I found Jenni thru the Visit Bend website, I called after checking out the website. She was very nice to talk to on the phone and emailed over suggestions of places to shoot since we arent from the area along with paperwork later that day. She called to check in with us a day before the shoot, like she said she would. We were going to get into town late and cut into shoot time, so we let her know and she was super flexible to reschedule. Jenny was easy to talk to during the shoot and joked with us while still being professional and giving great ideas and suggestions and she quickly adapted when I had a random idea of a location in the park. The turnaround on getting picture back was great, about 5 days for all of them, and a few were posted the same day. I’d highly recommend.”
